Hours
Our office hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The last session starts at 5:00 pm. Sessions are scheduled to start promptly on the hour and typically run for approximately 45-50 minutes. This schedule allows us to accommodate various appointment times throughout the day while ensuring that each client's session is conducted effectively within the allocated time frame.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires clients to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to canceling an appointment. This advanced notice allows us the opportunity to potentially fill the vacated spot with another client in need of services. We allow a 15-minute grace period for virtual and in-person sessions. In the event that proper notice is not given, a cancellation fee of $80 will be charged to cover the missed appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure the smooth scheduling and availability of sessions for all clients.
Accommodation Documents
We are pleased to offer a range of documentation services including ESA letters, 504/IEP plans, FMLA documentation, disability forms, and more, starting at a cost of $125. Additionally, we also provide notary services for your convenience. Please reach out to us for further information or to schedule an appointment.
